Service We can provide a service plan to meet your plant operation. These include annual service contract, twice yearly or quarterly packages to suit your requirements.

Typical Service A typical service visit would include inspection of the internal clearance, draining of oil sumps and cleaning out old grease and then replacing both the oil and grease with fresh supply. We would also check and change the drive belts and filters if required. We would then provide a verbal report prior to leaving site followed by a written report with recommendations and costs within a few days of our engineers returning to base.

Routine Maintenance We also undertake routine maintenance contracts where one of our engineers would take on the responsibility for the entire maintenance of your blowers from the basics; such as check oil levels, applying grease and changing filters through to carrying out a full inspection once or twice per year to suit your needs.

All our engineers have undertaken ‘Passport to Safety’ training and are accustomed to working with customers in many different types of process plants including Foods and Water Treatment.
